We want you to love your Google Nest and home automation products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging and include all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Sign in to your Google Store account, navigate to your Order History, and select the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 business days of us receiving the item.
